ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers through various channels. (Phone, email, etc.)

• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

• Process orders, forms and requests from customers.
