ITU AbsorbTech is hiring an Account Specialist to join our team in South Bend, IN.

In this role, you will:

• Manage assigned accounts to maximize revenue growth and retention
• Establish and maintain a schedule for contacts with accounts to perform onsite audits, sales reviews, account health assessments, and quarterly Customer Quality Visitation Report (CQVR) meetings
• Identify service breakdowns and/or customer dissatisfaction and assist in communication for service recovery actions
• Record accurate and timely documentation of all customer communications, account actions, and contact information within CRM.
• Pursue and close Direct Sales opportunities in existing accounts
• Conduct training and route rides with new Service and Sales team members as needed

Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Flexibility in hours needed.

Pay: $45,000-$50,000, depending on experience.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or similar) plus 3 years related experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the application of sales, service and marketing concepts in a business-to-business sales environment is required; with product or industry specific knowledge preferred.
