We’re hiring a detail-oriented accountant to join our expanding real estate team! You’ll reconcile accounts, keep track of accounts payable and receivable, and organize all our financial records. You will also help with the operations of the team, ordering supplies, helping with retention and growing the company. Compensation:$48,000 + bonuses
Responsibilities:- Adapt to the needs of the real estate team to complete other accounting tasks when necessary
- Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost
- Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses
- Utilize computer software to enter financial data and keep our records organized
- Ensure all records are ready for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Understands basic rules of GAAP
- Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must
- High school diploma required, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is highly valued
- Experience in real estate industry preferred
