Accounting Business Partner
The Accounting Business Partner position will be for Capstone Logistics' Warehouse Division (referred to as "CWS") and will report to the Senior Accounting Leadership. Capstone develops supply chain solutions in warehouse, freight management, distribution center support, and last mile delivery.
Capstone's is a North American supply chain solutions leader with over $1.5B in annual revenue. Capstone works with a diverse group of partners, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small manufacturing operations and distribution networks.
The main industries the Company serves include retail, consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, healthcare, and automotive.
Job Responsibilities
- Partners with the Senior Accounting Leadership to establish/develop processes and controls around collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
- Manages and oversees the daily responsibilities of the CWS accounting team which will include accounts payable, partner reporting, reconciliations, cash application, and weekly issuance of P&Ls.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in accounting.
- CPA preferred with a mix of public and industry experience.
- Experience with Great Plains a plus.
