Accounts Payable Lead or Manager for Healthcare group in Koreatown 55k to 65k
Job description
The Hire Mark is recruting an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to join our client's team. The AP Lead works closely with the Director of Finance to align business purposes related to the company’s financial matters. Opportunity to grow into a Staff Accountant position.
Responsibilities
Maintain ongoing accurate and confidential reporting of financial information
Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including journal entries
Assist in processing accounts receivable and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as accounts payable transactions
Assist with reconciling Credit Card and Bank Accounts
Assist with monthly closing reports
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related major preferred
Minimum 2+ years experience in accounting
Comfortable with prioritizing and managing multiple assignments
Works well individually and as a team member, by listening, collaborating, and contributing
Organized and able to work in a time-sensitive environment
Proficiency in Quickbooks
Salary 55k-62,500. Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
