This is an on-site role located in Iselin, NJ, with flexible start times, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm.
Role Summary:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our finance department, handling end-to-end accounts payable duties such as vendor management, invoice processing, and general ledger coding.
Your responsibilities will include setting up new vendor accounts, processing reimbursements accurately and efficiently, and collaborating closely with the CFO, Controller, and AP Manager.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field
Strong knowledge of full cycle AP processes and vendor management
Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel
Compensation: This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The salary for this role is in the range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year, with hourly rates for temporary employees determined based on experience and qualifications.
