Functions and Responsibilities
Collection of outstanding accounts receivables from customers
Application cash receipts to customer accounts
Resolution of payment disputes
Preparation of related month end journal entries and reports
Responsible for general accounting duties as assigned
Prioritize daily workload to consistently meet deadlines.
Work with coworkers to accomplish daily task and occasional projects.
Communicate with personnel within and outside of the organization including but not limited to employees, customers, and vendors.
Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with team members, other personnel, and management.
Perform regular duties with moderate supervision.
An intermediate level of computer skills.
Strong 10-key, typing and data entry skills.
Intermediate level Excel skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Adapts easily to changing environment.
Able to learn quickly.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High degree of integrity with the ability to work with financial information discreetly and appropriately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Responsible for accounting duties in support of division’s accounts receivable function. Bachelors degree in accounting or 1-3 years recent accounts receivable experience preferred.
