At Bellevue University we are dedicated to bettering lives – the lives of our students, the lives of our employees, and the lives of those in our community.
Working at Bellevue University feels different. We're a nonprofit, open-access university for students who want to get ready for what's next. We specialize in understanding the complexities life can hold, and how to make time for the dreams and goals that are often set aside.
As a member of the Bellevue University team, you'll have a hand in helping students grow and succeed. We extend this same philosophy to you – we promise to see and value you as an individual with unique goals and needs, and we're ready to empower your personal development and success.

- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding student accounts and information.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tact and good (clear) verbal communication skills to resolve problems.
- Flexibility and the ability to operate under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, but as part of team concept.
A great place to work!
Year after year, our employees consistently give Bellevue University high marks as a great place to work that fosters job satisfaction, personal and professional growth, positive workplace culture, and more. In fact we've been designated a Great Colleges to Work For– four years in a row!
We expect you to bring your best self to the table, to offer valuable perspective, to manage change, to accomplish big goals – and to do it with empathy, honesty, and compassion.
If you're motivated to become part of an encouraging and supportive community, are open to change, and thrive when given the opportunity to collaborate and innovate with others to solve problems, we hope you'll consider building a career with us.
Total Rewards that benefit you and your family:
- 403(b) match
- Tuition remission
- Yearly bonus potential
