PURPOSE
To improve student achievement by performing a variety of responsible administrative duties involving such activities as researching, investigating, and assisting in the development of procedures and methods to achieve set objectives; and to provide administrative support of an assigned functional area of responsibility. Position provides administrative support to Transportation Managers.
CLASS CHARACTERISTICS
This is the full journey level class within the Administrative Assistant series. Employees within this class perform the full range of duties assigned. Employees at this level receive only occasional instruction or assistance, and are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the Salem-Keizer School District.
