Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing the company calendar.
  • Filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
  • Scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.
  • Performing data entry, updating spreadsheets, and creating reports.
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent required;.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Previous experience using Yardi (or a similar program) is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
