HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email
Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence
As an Administrative Assistant III, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The Administrative Assistant will work closely as part of a Front Office to provide general administrative support, including Logistics, Security, Facilities, Information Management, Communications, and Event Planning. AA will interact with senior to junior level personnel
Manage the office SharePoint (content for check-in/checkout). Manage the office supply account. Serve as responsible officer for accountable property
Lead or assist with office event planning - all hands, off-sites, hiring blitz, seminars), manage inventory request - furniture, IT, business cards)
Backup Duties: backup Program Manager for office
AA will process on-boarding inquires and privacy act requests - lead, coordinate and delegate responses across office divisions and mission partner for timely and final responses
Provide front desk coverage and travel preparation for the Front Office leadership team
Serve as primary Timekeeper
Possess ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage own activities and office workflow under tight deadlines. Ability to multi-task across several requirements. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Resource would be expected to travel to local sites in support of in-person/virtual event setup; sponsor vehicle will be provided for travel
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
Work schedule would be Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm which may shift per mission requirements
Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own
This position is on customer site
