The Repair Shop is currently seeking an organized individual to keep our central office running seamlessly. This is a great opportunity to assist our employees and provide administrative support to our management staff. We are a busy and expanding fleet repair business, providing lots of opportunities for growth.

This position is based out of our Tuckahoe, NY office, which is conveniently located minutes from the train station and major highways, making for an easy commute from anywhere. This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative assignments.

These tasks include:

Duties and responsibilities

  • Office organization and filing
  • Daily logs using Microsoft Excel
  • Emails using outlook
  • Accounts receivable/Accounts payable
  • Banking tasks and errands
  • Tracking parts orders and payments
  • Record keeping
  • Answering and making phone calls
  • Sorting and scanning mail
  • DMV registrations
  • EZ Pass account management

Experience and education

The ideal candidate for this position must have experience with office administrative work, be highly organized, and detailed oriented. A college degree is preferred, and accounting experience is a plus.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
