We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Correspondence including reviewing and/or drafting emails and other
messages
  • Office maintenance/cleaning/organization
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for electronic and paper files
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize closets, cabinets and general office area
  • Arrange and organize sample and product library
  • Assistance with various business related tasks.
  • Fleet maintenance tracking for 7 company vehicles
  • Maintain indoor plants
  • Additional responsibilities as needed
