Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

<p>We are a local, fine jewelry design and manufacturing business located in Downtown Corvallis looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper. Requirements for this position include but are not limited to: * Proficient in Quickbooks and knowledge of bookkeeping principles * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Strong organizational and communication skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Knowledge of office management systems and procedures * Working knowledge of office equipment and telephone systems* Minimum of 2 years Administrative Assistant work experience required. Responsibilities: * Maintain employee records and keep up-to-date * Process bi-weekly payroll and send to Accountant * General bill pay, filing, answering phones * Provide general administrative assistance to management * Generate reports * Maintain general ledger and basic data entry in Quickbooks Desired Skills: * Education in administrative systems/accounting principles * Sales experience/customer service experience * Additional computer/tech knowledge is a plus Occasional customer service/ sales floor support may be required as we are a small business and all work together to keep the company running smoothly. $17-$20/hr- Wage dependent upon experience If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this position, please submit your Resume and Cover Letter for consideration</p>
