Job description
The Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager will support Financial Advisor by building and maintaining client relationships through a variety of tasks including account opening, and relationship building.

We are looking for someone who is interested working in a long term relationship with our clients and advisors.
You should be current with mobile technology, Zoom, and office computer systems. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a professional environment is critical. Must excel at delivering outstanding client service. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills. Additionally, demonstrated ability to work as a team player as well as be a self motivated leader will be key.
Knowledge of Redtail CRM big bonus.
Knowledge of investment and insurance products is a bonus$.
Series 7 and CA insurance licenses extra bonus.
We are wiling to train for promotion, by specifically attaining industry licenses which will add additional salary growth.
Some ability to be flexible on hours. M-Thu 9-4:30, Friday 9-2.
Job starts at $17-25 hour depending of experience. Financial growth as job is mastered and industry license’s are earned.
Job Currently opens June 1st.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
