Administrative Office Assistant
Job description
Superior Resources is a commercial contractor providing a diverse range of building and facility services and is seeking candidates to join our team as Administrative Office Assistant.
Successful candidate will assist with various departmental functions, including order entry and billing. We are seeking candidates with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Monday - Thursday: 8am - 3pm & Friday: 8am - 12pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer Phones and Direct Calls
- Handle Office Deliveries
- Complete order entry and billing for all lines of business.
- Assist with various administrative projects and routine clerical duties.
- Assist with job setup, procuring sub-contractors and job materials, etc.
- Make Travel Arrangements
- Bookkeeping and Data Entry
- Subcontractor Management & Insurance Tracking
- Understand and Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Monitor and Restock Office Supplies / Run Errands
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years office experience or degree from college / trade school
- Familiar with office procedures and basic accounting practices
- Proficient in MS Office, QuickBooks, and Adobe
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Administrative Writing Skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
