Description:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support to work Thursday - Saturday nights at in Rutland, Massachusetts in an office setting. Devereux is a non-profit residential campus who serves individuals with mental health and behavioral health needs. The person that is chosen for this position will provide high-quality support with typical reception tasks including but not limited to routing incoming phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors and staff and maintaining accurate records.

Base Pay of $16.56/hour. Additional compensation provided for relevant years of experience in the field and higher education up to $19.38/hour.


Essential Job skills include a high-level interpersonal skills: must display a positive, friendly, enthusiastic can-do attitude. Reliability and flexibility are critical. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and visitors and respond quickly to incidents and problems. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to use sound judgement and discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all time. And demonstrate a willingness to assume additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have valid drivers license
  • 2 years relevant experience required
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Orientation schedule: 2 days new hire training Monday, Tuesday 8-4
  • Schedule: Thursday - Saturday 4pm - 10pm (18 hours/week)
