Advancing Opportunities, an affiliate with Apis Services, Inc. is seeking RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT SPECIALISTS in their Mercer County, Robbinsville NJ group home. We are seeking caring, compassionate people to provide assistance, supervision, guidance, mentoring and direction to our residents.

No experience necessary, we offer paid training! Use your talents to assist and teach our consumers, with intellectual and physical disabilities, about: cooking, housekeeping, recreation, shopping, budgeting, healthy living, hygiene, personal medical care, coping skills, social skills, friendship building, and how to utilize their community resources. Make a difference by helping others gain daily living skills, greater independence and autonomy.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Consent to: State and Federal Criminal Background Checks; Drug Screen; Pre-Employment Physical and PPD;
• Upon hire: Complete all orientation and pre-service training as required
