The Leather Institute has over 30 years of experience in leather care, maintenance, and restoration with over 20 years in aviation. We are a rapidly expanding company seeking to add to our team. We seek career minded individuals who are trustworthy, self motivated, and have a great attention to detail who want to learn and grow with us.

The Leather Institute is the worldwide leader in aviation interior cleaning, repair, and refurbishment.

Experience in refinishing or aviation is a plus, but certainly not a requirement as we can train you from the ground up.

Employees report to our headquarters in Shrewsbury, some travel may be required. All travel to customer sites is done in company vehicles.

Compensation:

Starting $20/hr for first 90 days

Review at 90 days with a potential increase in pay + Benefits Eligible

Requirements:

-10 Year TSA Background Check

-Pre-employment Drug Test

-Clean Driver's License
