Job description

Accounts Payable / Receivables specialist is responsible for the financial processing of business transactions. Duties include daily bookkeeping and record keeping to assist with timely financial reporting.

Accounts Payable duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring accounts are paid in a accurate and timely manner, taking advantage of prompt pay discounts when available. Processing invoices and credits from start to finish. Receiving purchase orders. Comparing purchase orders, pricing, and terms of payment. Investigating and resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Receivables responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily processing of customer billing, posting of cash receipts and deposit, generate monthly customer statements, assist customers with billing inquires and assist with collections.

Ideal candidates for this position would be self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
