WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING – THE ROLE

This position will be responsible for verifying the quality and accuracy of all scheduled appointment and provide exceptional service to each homeowner you speak with.

• Verify the accuracy of the appointment
• Confirm date, time and customer location
• Follow scripted qualifying questions and rebuttals
• Ensure customer commitment
• Updating Enabled Plus Notes and Customer Profile Management - accurately
• Provide backup to the call center when necessary
• Meet or exceed targeted goals

WHAT YOU’LL BRING – THE PERSON

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate effectively as a team member
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task
• Desire and ability to work in a call center environment
• Bi-lingual preferred, not required
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $20.00 per hour
