Energy North Group/Haffner’s seeks an Aroma Joe’s Barista to provide customers with a great coffee experience! To be successful in this role, you should be honest, reliable, personable. Whether you are looking for a full-time career, or a great part-time job, this is the place for you!

The purpose of a barista at Aroma Joe’s is to serve high quality, specialty drinks and snacks fast and with a smile. A barista knows all Aroma Joe’s recipes, procedures, and quality standards to make every drink in a timely and efficient manner, but don’t worry we’ll train you.

• Making quality drinks in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a clean workplace is important for customer safety and protecting the brand.
• The barista must communicate well with other Baristas, Team Leader, and customers.
• They are responsible for BOH (back of the house) and FOH (front of the house) duties. Brewing coffee, stocking inventory, prepping commonly used ingredients and cleaning to prepare for the next customer
