Job description
Are you a BCBA that loves conducting assessments, writing the report, and then passing the work off to the rest of the team? Looking for an extra side gig, or maybe you're a BCBA-Mama who wants to be home with their kids more often? We have a unique and innovative position you might be interested in.
Our growing practice is seeking an Assessor Clinician to conduct both initial assessments and reassessments for ABA service delivery. The Assessor Clinician will travel to our area once or twice per month to conduct assessments in client homes or our center location. The Assessor Clinician will conduct the caregiver interview via phone call or video conferencing prior to these in-person appointments. Following the assessments, they will prepare the Treatment Plan and develop or update the programming accordingly, from the comfort of their own home on the schedule that works best for them.
We do the administrative work for you so you can focus on what you do best: quality, in-depth assessments and a thorough, descriptive treatment plan. We use best practice assessments, tools, and online systems, and we'll provide everything you need to be successful. This position offers supreme flexibility and allows you to structure a work schedule that works for you.
We treat our learners with compassion, and our team with respect. We create and protect a healthy workplace culture, and we insist on quality from ourselves and our teammates. If these values sound like you, we have multiple positions and options available - please apply today!
