Job description

We are seeking a Full-time Loss Prevention Manager to support our Super Saver grocery store in Council Bluffs, Iowa. We are looking for someone who is dependable, alert, reliable and able to work independently.

Specific Requirements:
*Ability to problem solve loss vulnerabilities with management
*Design, implement, and maintain security systems and controls
*Investigate internal and external security incidents
*Motivate associate involvement in loss prevention
*Train loss prevention concepts to store associates
*Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
*Conduct inspections and audits
*Complete special projects to advance loss prevention capabilities
*Actively participate in the company safety program
*Responsibility for financial statements of assigned locations
*Detail-oriented, efficient and accurate
*Energetic and hard working
*Strong communication and decision-making skills

Qualifications:
Criminal Justice or similar degree and/or 1-2 years retail loss prevention experience or equivalent in retail operations or a business control function preferred.
