We are seeking an experienced
RN for an
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) position with our Post Acute Rehab/Skilled Nursing Facility in
Hoffman States, IL. Our facility is a 5-star center providing patients with all the amenities necessary for their recovery. The ADON will work closely with the administrator and Director of Nursing to provide operational and logistical oversight of the nursing department.
This is a leadership/management role requiring an experienced RN manager with a background in skilled nursing, MDS Coordination, or a similar nursing home role.
