Key responsibilities

• Receive and direct visitors
• Complete word processing, filing, and faxing
• Field telephone calls
• Back various projects for other employees
• Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systems
• Previous experience working with Appropriate Personnel
• Prior experience with International Travel
• Experience with Screen Calls
• Wide ranging experience with statistics
• Proficiency in operations
• Comprehension of Publications
• Materials Handling experience highly desired
• Proficiency in Support services
• Solid understanding of Department Files
• Hands-on experience with Keyboard Skills
• Proven knowledge of supervising
• Schedule Appointments experience
• Earlier work involving coordination
• General familiarity with Facility
• Solid understanding of Pounds
• Knowledge of Machine Operation
• Expertise in training
• Office Functions experience
• Good understanding of Schedule Meetings
• Skills in Disability Benefits
• Practical knowledge of Liaison
• Well-founded grasp of correspondence
• Quality experience with Microsoft Office Suites
• Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
• At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
