You will work alongside the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, high quality patient care. Given the responsibility to provide on-going feedback to staff, promote and participate in departmental goals, and coordinate staffing needs and schedules, you would also collaborate with the Nurse Manager and other team members to interview and select staff to join the team. As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you would be supporting a team caring for an emergent patient population.

Position: Assistant Nurse Manager - Emergency Department
Shift: 3pm-11pm with rotation to nights/weekends as needed

Experience:
1. Three to Five years of recent EN Registered Nurse experience preferred.
2. Prior charge nurse experience or other leadership experience preferred.

Education:
1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
2. BSN or other related Bachelor's Degree required.
3. MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
3. Certification in specialty area is desired.
