Position responsibilities:

• Excels in the areas of Service, Teamwork, Attitude and Responsibility
• Talks with all restaurant guests to ensure their delight with the dining experience
• Conducts daily inspections of all areas of the restaurant
• Monitors consistency of EVOS products by conducting random taste checks
• Ensures all scheduled food preparation and shift duties are completed
• Assists in the planning of Team Member meetings and conducts pre-shift huddles
• Maintains the profitability of the restaurant
• Coaches, counsels and disciplines Team Members
• Observes guests and co-workers, anticipates needs and responds to additional requests
• Fills in when needed to ensure efficient operations

• Guests have a great time every time as measured by repeat patronage and great reviews
• Able to operate with urgency and accuracy during busy periods and maintain a positive outlook
• Ensures the continual implementation of EVOS operating procedures and recipes

• Continually develops professional skills (attends seminars, reads trade publications, etc.)
• Walks and stands during the entire shift
• Reading and writing skills required
• Interacts verbally with guests and Team Members
• Hazards may include, but are not limited to, cuts, burns, slipping and tripping
