Looking for professional, driven talent with a passion to grow a nonprofit organization into a million-dollar store. All donations and store revenue support the St. Vincent de Paul local missions.
Responsibilities:
- Assists the Store Manager in managing, monitoring and coordinating the community and warehouse operations daily.
- Provide high level of quality service to visitors and customers.
- Ensure sales staff and volunteers always act in compliance with the SVdP Code of Ethics
- Monitor full compliance with all applicable OSHA regulations.
- Assist Store Manager in with the strategies and deliveries of new growth initiatives
- Stand in for all Store Manager responsibilities in his/her absence.
- Responsible for all sales transactions as well as the opening and closing of the store.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and weekends.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
