Associate Order Picker/Packer

The purpose of this role will be to fulfill daily orders with Crumbl Foods fulfillment team.

This is a full-time, on-site position that will be located at our Crumbl Foods warehouse in Orem, UT.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Pack and fulfill orders directed by processor.
• Manage product in fulfillment to ensure correct inventory is shipped.
• Count and sort various product items.
• Perform related tasks such as placing labels on packages, putting manuals into binders, and handling boxes for the final product.
• Ensure accurate shipping information is attached and packages are shipped according to the specified schedule.
• Perform routine tasks as directed and under close supervision. Typically requires little to no related experience.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level support role
• High school diploma/GED
• 1 year of Packing experience preferred
• Must be able to stand, kneel, crouch, and lift 50 lbs.

Working conditions

• Warehouse, indoor environment—may occasionally work outdoors.
• Often wear safety attire when in a warehouse, such as hard hats.
• Work somewhat close to other people, such as when sharing office space.
• May be exposed to loud or distracting sounds or noise levels.
• Driving a vehicle to conduct work.

Physical requirements

Lifting up to 50 lbs., carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy objects. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate various food warehouse equipment. Sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Reaching overhead, above the shoulders, and horizontally. Bending at the waist and stooping. Potential tolerance of low temperatures in food refrigeration and freezer conditions to perform stocking, storage, cleaning, and inventory of refrigerated and frozen food supplies.
