Position Responsibilities:
- Sets up and maintain project organization (including briefs, workback schedules, reference material, specifications, and deliverables).
- Organize, summarize, and manages project communications and documentation in a meticulous and timely way
- Able to track project progress, responsible for schedule development, maintenance, and communication of status.
- Coordinates scheduling reviews and other project checkpoints.
- Coordinates routing of layouts, copy, renderings, and production files for internal review and approval.
- Works under tight deadlines and has the flexibility to accommodate change.
- Builds effective working relationships with core project team, Executive Assistants and peer level stakeholders
- Keeps a positive attitude and contributes to team morale during complex and challenging projects.
- Able to lead smaller projects with minimal supervision and support a Sr. Project Manager on larger programs of work.
- Work with team to develop, drive, and implement project goals
- Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success
- Coordinates all aspects of projects from planning through closing tasks and provides regular communication of status to stakeholders
- Proactively identifies project issues/problems, assists in issue/problem resolution, collaborates with team members to initiate solutions and communicates resolution plan to all stakeholders
- Ensures that all project deliverables are completed to specifications and approved by all appropriate stakeholders
- Map and document processes to standardize workflows and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
- You have at least 2 years of experience in digital project management, preferably at a design firm, ad agency, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department.
- You work effectively with creative, development, and cross-functional teams.
- You build positive relationships with colleagues and business partners.
- You work well within tight deadlines and are flexible as necessary.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity change, and can focus on the smallest detail as well as understand broader strategic plans.
- You are highly organized and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Proficiency using project management applications (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, Workamajig, Request Tracker or Smartsheet)
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
