We are looking for an experienced Therapist for a nationwide substance use disorder primary treatment facility located in the Aguora Hills area.

Our facility strives to provide the highest quality of care, using evidence-based treatment, medical staff, and licensed therapists. Our goal is to help those that are struggling with addiction to regain the tools to recover, regain control and live healthy, happy lives without the burden of substance abuse.

Our ideal candidate is experienced within the Mental Heath Industry and has previous experience as a therapist within the addiction and behavioral health field.

Your Role

The Therapist serves as Clinical Counselor for treatment and integrated care services such as assessment, treatment planning, case management, wellness and primary care, individual, educational and group therapy, and family therapy for patients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Promptly and clearly communicating with staff, consumers, families, and external resources to ensure collaboration and continuity of treatment
• Actively participating as a part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team
• Carrying out assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for a variety of clients
• Representing self, services, and company in a knowledgeable and professional manner
• Monitoring and coordinating follow up and aftercare as indicated

Requirements & Skills

• Masters Degree or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
• Current credentials as Associate LMFT, PhD, PsyD
• Clinical experience in residential substance abuse or mental health
• Trauma therapy experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pass background check, urine drug screen, and criminal records tests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
