Asst. Sales Manager
Job description
A Mayweather Boxing & Fitness sales manager ensures all members receive the highest quality of services. They will show the ability to achieve all financial goals by successfully leading, motivating, and coordinating daily duties for all employees while servicing all member’s needs.
Reports to: Studio Manager
Rate Of Pay: 25 Hourly + COMM
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Demonstrates the ability to lead, motivate and manage the team
- Takes the lead role in achieving sales goals
- Takes the lead role in achieving Gross revenue goal
- Ensures all club metrics are met and exceeded daily, weekly, and monthly
- Makes sure all club leads are being tracked properly and are being followed up with in club-ready
- Ensures all promotions are effectively communicated to the team
- Takes lead role with the team in making sure all prospecting and lead generation is taking place daily
- Emphasizes the importance of staff involvement in community and events
- Role-plays sales calls and tours weekly with all members of staff
Fully understands budgets and financial statements (excel reporting sheet)
Administrative/ Operations:
- Upholds all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the studio.
- Oversee, support, direct, and develop studio team, sales staff, coaches, etc.
- Communicates and implements policies and procedures for all employee
- Encourages staff to work as a team and be productive by creating a fun atmosphere and productive work environment
- Takes the lead role in creating a great member experience.
- Ensures all club metrics are met or exceeded daily, weekly and monthly
- Supports business results through high level personal production
- Ensures the club meets standards for cleanliness and maintenance
- Supports in resolving member complaints in an exceptional manner following studio procedure
- Serves as a role model to all staff and always demonstrates a professional demeanor
- Responsible for setting up monthly events & insights along side studio manager
- Takes role in club cleanliness by assisting staff and maintenance and ensuring all needs are met, and by making sure staff has all tools to do their job effectively
- Ensuring all team members consistently execute the basics in punctuality and dress code compliance
Measurement standards
- Successful management of all financial budgeted goals
- Meets or exceeds monthly sales goal / gross revenue goal
- Ensures member retention goals are met
- Ensures all staff meet or exceed their personal sales quota/ marketing efforts
- Ensures the studio is increasing in monthly net member gains
- Ensures studio meets or exceeds cleanliness and maintenance guidelines
- Leads all employees by example and follows all policies and procedures
- Completes all required tasks and jobs in a timely manner
