At CARSTAR Car Masters Collision San Gabriel, we provide the highest quality auto body repair. We offer 24/7 accident support and towing assistance to get you back on the road quickly. Our collision center in Los Angeles, CA provides dent repair, dent removal, storm damage repair and other services. We repair all makes and models, work with most insurance companies and offer a nationwide warranty.

CARSTAR is North America's largest franchise network of independently owned and operated collision repair facilities with more than 700 locations in 35 states and 10 Canadian provinces. CARSTAR specializes in auto body repair, auto glass repair, and collision repair.

We are looking to hire an experienced bodyman/repairman who wants to advance their career and grow with our company. We are looking for a candidate with excellent attention to detail, the capability to work with little oversight, a genuine interest in cars and auto body tools and a determination to get the job done. As a member of the Carstar Car Masters Collision San Gabriel's Team, this individual will be required to be highly organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize and complete assigned tasks within a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair dents, scratches, dings, and other damage on a wide variety of vehicles.
• Maintain and repair automotive tools and equipment.
• Build muscle and strength through lifting and pushing car parts.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues.
• Understand car diagnostic technology.
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records of repairs performed or estimating vehicle damages.

Requirements

• Experience is necessary
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle repair technologies (including new vehicles coming into the industry)
• ICAR Certifications
• Professional work ethic
• Self-starter
• Ability to self-manage time efficiently
• Maintain a professional approach at all times
• Punctual / Excellent attendance
• Clean DMV record
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to periodically lift up to 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,820.00 - $79,011.00 per year
