Job description

We are looking for an experienced automotive detail manager for our Williston Location. Must be meticulous and must exhibit a thorough understanding of the trade. Candidates will provide a resume and must be ready to demonstrate their skill set as part of the interview and qualification process.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
  • Supervises the operation of buffers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
  • Ensure detailers are using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
  • Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
  • Populating a work schedule for the Detail department.
  • Keep a record of every detail service completed.
  • Performs seasonal snow removal.
  • Performs minor general maintenance.

Experience:

  • Previous detail experience a must
  • Ability to lead/motivate others
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Positive attitude
  • Clean driving record
  • Experience operating a plow truck and skid steer (preferred, willing to train)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 per year
