Job description
Looking to hire an experienced automotive detail manager for our West Palm Beach Location. Must be meticulous and must exhibit a thorough understanding of the trade. Candidates will provide a resume and must be ready to demonstrate their skill set as part of the interview and qualification process.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises the cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
- Supervises the operating of buffers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
- Ensure detailers are using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
- Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
- Populating a work schedule for the Detail department.
- Keep a record of every detail service completed.
*Bonus will be paid based on a percentage of the department revenue.
Expected total compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
