An automotive service advisor builds trust and relationships with clients. A good advisor is empathetic, remembers client details, can make friendly conversation, and have those hard conversations about what their car needs for repairs.

I am Robert, Owner of Griffin Automotive and Transmission. I am looking for you. What is great about this job? Automotive knowledge is not the most important part. Maybe you are working in the food and Bev industry, waiting on six different tables, and getting every order right, that is an amazing skill, but maybe you are tired of the hectic work schedule and need more stability. With the right attitude and personality, the sky is the limit in this position.

• Base guarantee salary starts at 25 dollars per hour. Minimum 90-day training period as you get up to speed with clients, staff, and our operation. After the 90-day training period we evaluate your progress and can implement a bonus structure on key sales metrics to help you reach much higher salary goals.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
