45 North Aviation, LLC is seeking an Aviation Compliance Administrator to join our team in Traverse City, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies, as well as possess strong attention to detail.

45 North Aviation is a leading provider of private air charter services based in Traverse City, Michigan. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies

• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all aviation-related activities

• Perform audits of operational procedures and compliance activities

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations

• Coordinate with regulatory agencies as needed

Requirements:

• College Degree in Aviation, Business, or experience in any compliance related industry

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation compliance or regulatory affairs

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

Salary: $35,000-$50,000
