Ahlers Baking, Inc. is a small, family owned business in Gering, NE.

We are seeking a baker to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has some experience preparing baked goods, a love for food prep and a commitment to creating delicious compositions. Experience preferred but not required. We offer hands on training.

Responsibilities:

• Take direction from an experienced baking leader.
• Prepare fresh, from scratch baked goods.
• Operate, clean and practice safe work skills on the fryers.
• Ice, fill/top fresh pasteries & fried goods.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly at all times.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and fully functional at all times.
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Wear proper attire at all times.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Meet or exceed the quality standards of the company at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
