SIG is seeking seasoned professionals with multiple years of college or university experience as a Registrar, Director of Admissions and Records or consultant working directly with the Ellucian Banner® Student module including Workflow and document management. Required Qualifications of the Banner® Consultant:

• Five to seven years working directly with the Banner® Student module at a college or university or as a Banner® Student consultant
• Experience implementing the Banner® Student module at a college or university
• Demonstrated expertise using Banner® to improve and automate business processes within the Registrar, Admissions or Records office at a college or university
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Banner® Student module
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach
• Highly self-directed with solid problem-solving expertise

Preferred Qualifications of the Banner® Consultant:

• Experience developing reports in support of the various student areas utilizing Banner®
• Ability to communicate user requirements to technical support team
• Knowledge of how Banner is used in a variety of institutional types
• Thorough knowledge of relational databases
• Ability to read and write SQL queries

Responsibilities of the Banner® Consultant:

• Provide Banner® implementation services such as training, functional consulting and technical support at client sites
• Analyze current business processes and make suggestions to utilize various technological tools to help improve business processes

Pay and Benefits:

• The salary range is $90,000 -$135,000
