Fat Daddy's Bar & Grill/Broadway Ballroom Event Center in Alexandria, MN is looking for a Banquet & Prep Chef Position to join our amazing team! We are located on 115 30th Ave E.. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

This individual would be responsible for the events and catering end of things, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Making bulk style meal items for groups of 10 to 500, for both buffet or plate style meals. *We cater on site and off site. *Being a self starter, organized, able to plan ahead are required traits. *Prepping, cooking, stocking and cleaning *Assisting line cooks as needed *Attention to detail *This position does require being out in front of customers often *Experience cooking bulk or banquet meals is preferred, but willing to train an individual with prior cooking experience. *Events take place a different times of day, so a flexible schedule is required. *Full time - this position works mornings and afternoons and some evenings.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays. Compensation is $14.00 - $18.00/hour.
