We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong organizational skills, and an eye for detail. The Bar Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining stock levels, creating drink menus, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met. Responsibilities:

• Manage staff, including hiring, training and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bar.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Develop drink menus and pricing structures.
• Create promotions and special events to attract customers.

Pay: $51,213.00 - $54,503.00 per year
