J&H Family Stores is looking for Baristas for our Tim Hortons location in Lowell, MI Currently this location is open 6am-6pm M-F and 8am-6pm Sat-Sun
UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
MUST BE 18+ or Older AND HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders, including baked goods, beverages, sandwiches, and more.
- Balance orders between front counter and drive-thru, including maintaining speed-of-service times to meet Tim Hortons standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer.
- Keep a clean, organized work space, including lobby and back-of-house areas.
- Follow all safety and cleaning procedures.
Must be able to perform the following:
- Stand for long periods of time
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Be a proficient member of a team
- Possess strong communication skills
- Adjust to a fast-paced environment
- Accommodate to the needs of the business
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
