ACES Pickleball + Kitchen is looking for energetic, outgoing, and experienced mixologists! Starting base pay of $15/hour PLUS tip pool. This position works fast and clean, and can handle high volume for long periods of time. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing top-notch hospitality to all guests and serving cocktails consistently and efficient.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)

• Enlightened Hospitality - taking care of each other, our guests, our community, our suppliers and our stakeholders
• Uphold the Core Values - ensure that all team members and guest are treated with respect and dignity and that the actions of operations are consistent with our values
• Customer Service - ensure a high level of service, proactively meet and get feedback from guests, handle complaints with grace and respond with a meaningful response
• Knowledge - Have a deep understanding of the menu and different ingredients
• General Operations - assist all other positions as needed
• Responsible Alcohol Service- Check IDs and monitor guests’ alcohol consumption in order to serve responsibly
• Presentation- Show up to work clean and in uniform, understanding that our presentation is an aspect of our service
• Punctuality - Arriving on time is essential to supporting the team and setting you and ACES up for success. Follow the proper steps to alert your supervisor if you must be late
• Maintain the consistency of all recipes as trained
• Ability to multitask and pour drinks at a high volume simultaneously and consistently
• Monitor guests alcohol consumption in order to serve responsibly
• Keep the bar area clean, organized and well stocked throughout the entirety of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to endure repetitive movement and stand for long periods of time

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• Cocktail experience (required)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Top-notch communication and listening skills
• Ability to solve customer challenges efficiently
• Ability to learn new software applications

ABOUT ACES PICKLEBALL + KITCHEN

Located in Norwood, ACES will be a first of its kind Pickleball + Kitchen Facility. Identified as the fastest growing sport in the country, pickleball is quickly becoming a favorite sport for folks of all ages. ACES will have membership opportunities for folks who want to enjoy the facilities on a more regular basis as well as being open to the general public for walk up dining and gaming. ACES will not only host regular play and dining throughout the week but will have a full calendar of events and tournaments throughout the year. In addition to regular play, ACES also has a full time professional team of instructors and coaches that can provide private lessons for guests and members alike. In addition to Pickleball, the facility will have a full service restaurant and bar along with a variety of additional lawn games, TV’s for sports viewing as well as live music and special events.
