West Fork Whiskey Co. is craft distillery in downtown Indianapolis. We are creating a tourism destination in Westfield, IN which consists of a restaurant, high end cocktail bar, an event space as well as distillery tours and education. Compensation: $7 per hour plus tips
Description: Bartenders are responsible for providing guests with an above and beyond experience at West Fork Whiskey Co. This position is fast paced and candidates must be able to multitask and work efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude and demeanor. Communication is key in this position and candidates must be able to openly communicate with management, team members, and guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Full knowledge of all West Fork Co. products and experiences as well as Mash House food and beverage menus
- Make drinks & syrups with precision according to recipes
- Maintain a clean work space
- Create cocktails and drinks (if desired)
- Stock bar with all necessary items before, during, and after shift
- Walk guests through the menu and answer any questions
- Present any food or drink specials to guests
- Ensure guest needs are being met through their whole experience, all while introducing them to other experiences West Fork Whiskey offer
- Complete all running side work throughout the shift
- Complete all assigned opening or closing duties
- We are building a family and the candidate must have a team mentality
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Experience working with Toast is a plus, but not required
