Wink Client Representative:

A Wink brand client representative should be able to lead the client experience from check-in to check out, ensuring Wink Brow Bar standards are upheld, creating a memorable experience for the client and a cohesive atmosphere for the staff. Representatives should have at least 1+ year experience in salon, spa or fast paced customer service environments. Representatives should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. There should be a thorough understanding of time management. Representatives will promote a professional and brand appropriate image and act as amazing ambassadors of our overall mission.

Wink Client Representatives are responsible for:

• Setting the tone of a positive studio environment
• Organizing and executing shop flow between clients and staff in a positive manner. This means making sure the books remain balanced between technicians
• Having sufficient knowledge of our booking system to help guide clients as well as staff through the user experience
• Ensuring client information is entered with accuracy and timeliness
• Troubleshooting any reservation system issues, making changes to client profiles as needed, optimizing appointments to fit business needs
• Engaging with clients while they wait for their appointments
• Maintaining the highest degree of ethics when it comes to payment processing and the handling of studio funds, technician tips and technician commission
• Problem-solving when faced with client concerns or operational issues, always ensuring the solution is focused on providing an excellent experience to the client while not overstepping the boundaries of your position.
• Maintaining overall shop cleanliness in conjunction with technicians.
• Maintaining clear communication with Shop Management about overall shop operations
• Educating clients on the Wink product line and the benefits they hold in relation to services being received.
• Other duties and projects as assigned by the Manager.
