The Patterns team is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work on life skills with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Our BTs are trained on executing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to teach their clients a variety of skills, such as communication, regulating emotions, organization, reducing maladaptive behaviors and more!

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school degree or GED

• Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance

• Experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field, preferred

• RBT certification, preferred

Responsibilities:

• Implement 1:1 direct ABA techniques in-home, clinic, and/or school settings

• Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs

• Attendance at therapy sessions, staff meetings, and training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
