Versatile is looking for a technician experienced in food service and beverage equipment. We are rapidly growing and looking for candidates to become part of our "A Team"!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose & repair beverage equipment such as fountain machines, ice makers, frozen beverage equipment, coffee and tea machines and more.
• Install new/replace equipment along with ensure proper operation.
• Disassemble and reassemble commercial equipment to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance.
• Responsible to update both internal & customer portals to include time on site, repair details, part information (if applicable) along with pictures.
• Effective communication with customers as well as active communication with peers, internal departments and leadership.
• Maintain truck inventory and cleanliness of vehicle.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience (minimum of 3 years preferred)
• Familiarity with Lancer/Cornelius, Ice O Matic, Hoshizaki, FBD & Bunn
• Self motivation and thoroughness
• Critical thinking and problem solving skill
• Valid Driver's License
• Displays operational safety
