Job description
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and are first responder on all inbound calls. You are responsible for handling service requests, customer complaints, showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively multitask on a day-to-day basis.
Full time: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:30 pm with some overtime. We offer: Health benefits. Paid Holidays. Weekly Pay (Fridays) $17-$19 hourly (DOE) + bonus opportunities. Paid time off/Vacation pay. Advancement Opportunities and paid training!
Specific Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule estimates & cleans.
- Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve breakage issues.
- Perform administrative functions including data entry.
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a good driving record
- At least 1 year of recent customer service experience
- Professional appearance and personality
- Reliable and able to work full time schedule with some overtime (Saturday)
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome etc., data entry)
- Excellent Multi-tasker with the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in the cleaning industry is a plus!
