Exciting opportunity to grow with a quickly expanding facility maintenance company. Headquartered out of Buffalo - we now cover the New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Florida markets. We have existing relationships with several major national retail chains, and therefore all of the work is commercial in nature.

We seek candidates who truly enjoy working in this field and those that possess attention to detail, time management, and take pride in their work. One year of billing experience preferred.

The major functions of the job will include:

• Managing accounts payable using QuickBooks and our dispatching application
• Executing the entire payment process from start to finish - from invoice creation to payment remittance
• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with new and existing clients

Our ideal candidate will have the following skillsets:

• Attention to detail
• Very strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Adept in Technology - Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks
• Proven experience as a billing specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
